I don’t think I had any idea what to expect from Life Coaching. Ri was so easy to talk to and open and honest, that it helped me to open up and talk about myself for the first time in a long time. Ri taught me how to choose my own directions and grow as a person for unlimited happiness. I discovered the need to set goals, achieve them and celebrate them. Since taking coaching sessions, I have gone back to playing the guitar and studying again. It has also helped me strengthen relationships with my family. I have gained a lot more than I expected from life coaching. This is just the start of the new me. Thank you Ri!

I must be honest I did not know what to expect the first time I went to see Ri…  I was going through a terrible time heading for Divorce and I just could not see how to get through it all.  A friend recommended I go see Ri.

Ri is exactly what I needed, and I am forever grateful for finding her and letting her help me through my Divorce.  I think it would have been a 100 times harder without her guidance and advice when I needed it most!  Honestly, I am now happier than I believe I have ever been and Ri helped me get here…  Thank you Ri!

My husband and I went to Ri before we got married for Marriage course.  My husband was very apprehensive but my Mom knew her and urged us to go, so we went!  She had us in the first 5 minutes!  Loved every minute of learning more about my soon to be Husband (and now Husband) and he found it unlike anything he had done before, and we both believe that it was the perfect course to do just before we got married… I would recommend it to anyone about to get married, or thinking of getting married or newly married!  I honestly believe it helped us understand one another better and to be able to communicate better, and we are happily married and I believe we will be able to use what we learnt forever…
